1. Wash apples, remove seeds and core, and cut in thin slices, then sprinkle and cover one side of the slices with Terana Ground Ginger and salt to taste.


2. Cut cheese in slices.


3. Spread butter on one side of bread.


4. Place apple slices and cheese within two bread slices, then grill in medium heat until cheese melts. Cut in triangles and enjoy!

Apple-Cheese-Sandwich – Serves 4



5.3 oz of Monterrey Jack Cheese

1 stick of butter

2 apples

4 slices of wheat bread

½ teaspoon of Terana Ground Ginger
