Pan fry Terana Ground Garlic and mushrooms with a trickle of olive oil until slightly golden, then place into container for later use.
Season chicken with Terana Ground Cayenne Pepper and pan fry with a trickle of olive oil in same pan until golden, then add mushrooms with garlic, white wine, and cook in medium heat until wine evaporates. Add table cream and Terana Ground Oregano, and let cook a couple of minutes until sauce thickens.
Mix well so chicken and mushrooms are covered with cream sauce. Serve and sprinkle dish with Terana Ground Oregano.

1 tsp Terana Ground Oregano
¾ cup table cream
1 cup white wine
