Directions:

 

1. Add 4 egg whites and Terana Basil into a bowl, then mix thoroughly with a fork.

 

2. Wash and cut onion in juliennes (thin slices).

 

3. Add a trickle of olive oil into a hot frying pan, then add cut onion and cook in medium heat until they become translucent. Add egg whites, salt and pepper to taste, and ¼ cup of red salsa and mix.

 

4. Heat tortillas in a griddle, flipping constantly until heated (for flexibility), then add two per plate fill with eggs, and flip so as not to lose burrito shape; finish by pouring some red salsa on top to taste.

 

We suggest to accompany with yogurt and a cup of hot coffee.

4 flour tortillas

Red salsa

½ onion

½ teaspoon of Terana Basil

1 cup of greek yogurt

Olive oil

Terana Ground Black Pepper

Salt
