Directions:

 

1. Melt butter in a frying pan at low heat, add finely chopped garlic, then add flour and sweetener, mix well and remove from heat. Add Sherry and red wine, mix well and return to low heat until sauce boils and thickens.

 

2. Add Terana Thyme, and season with salt and Terana Ground Black Pepper to taste. Stir constantly for 3 minutes. Serve hot.

 

RED WINE SAUCE – SERVES 6

Ingredients:

 

1/4 stick of butter of light butter

1 garlic clove

2 teaspoons of wheat flour

1 tablespoon of sweetener

1 cup of red wine

1 tablespoon of Sherry

1 teaspoon of Terana Thyme

Terana Ground Black Pepper

Salt
