1. Peel and rinse carrot.


2. Shred carrot using a grater.


3. Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add carrot to the pot and cook for about 3 minutes, then add Terana Chopped Onion,  and Terana Chopped Garlic, and cook until sautéed.


4. Add Terana Basil, Terana Oregano,Terana Ground Black Pepper, salt, and tomatoes, mix well and bring to a boil.


5. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with Terana Basil.




1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes, no salt added

1 tbsp Terana Chopped Onion

1 tbsp Terana Chopped Garlic

1 medium carrot

1 Tablespoon canola oil

1 teaspoon Terana Basil

½ teaspoon Terana Oregano

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon Terana ground black pepper
