Directions:

 

Chop onion, celery, carrots and potatoes into small chunks. Heat up olive oil in a pot at medium heat and pan fry Terana Chopped Garlic, chopped onion and celery. Add Terana Caraway Seed, Terana Paprika, Terana Ground Cumin Seed, and a pinch of Terana Ground pepper for them to roast for a few seconds, then add soy meat, soy sauce and stir well. Add chopped carrots, potatoes, hot vegetable stock, tomato puree, wine, mushrooms, and mix well until puree is completely dissolved. Cover pot until mixture reaches a boil, then uncover and continue to cook for 25-30 minutes at medium-low heat, or until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened. Serve hot and garnish with Terana Parsley.

VEGAN GOULASH

Ingredients:

 

2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion

1 celery stalk

1 tbsp Terana Chopped Garlic

3 oz soy meat

2 tsp dark soy sauce

2 tsp Terana Caraway Seed

½ tsp Terana Ground Cumin Seed

½ tsp Terana Paprika

2 carrots

1 big potato or 2 small ones

¾ cup mushrooms

2 tbsp tomato puree

2 ⅓ hot vegetable stock

⅔ red wine

Salt

Terana Parsley

Terana Ground Black Pepper
