BANANA AND WALNUT MUFFINS WITH SPICES
Ingredients
- A reinvented classic! Enjoy these spiced banana and walnut muffins, a perfect burst of flavor for any occasion.
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Cinnamon
- TERANA Ground Ginger to taste
- TERANA Ground Nutmeg to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 356°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, wheat flour, brown sugar, eggs, olive oil, milk, chopped walnuts, TERANA Ground Cinnamon, TERANA Ginger Powder, and TERANA Ground Nutmeg.
3. Pour the mixture into greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
