GINGER AND TURMERIC COOKIES
Ingredients
- The secret is in the mix: turmeric and ginger take your oatmeal cookies to another level of deliciousness.
- 3/4 cup of oat flour
- 1 cup of whole oats (flakes)
- 1/4 cup of coconut or canola oil
- 1/4 cup of raisins or cranberries
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Turmeric
- 40 drops of stevia
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 356°F. Put 5 tablespoons of water in a container and soak two tablespoons of flaxseed. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. In another container, mix the oat flour, the whole oats, oil, the TERANA spices, baking powder, the soaked flaxseed, raisins, and the stevia drops.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Put butter paper on a tray and spray oil on it so the cookies won't stick.
5. Make balls with the dough and then form the cookies using a spoon.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 356°F. Wait for them to cool and enjoy!
