- 🍵 Are you on a keto diet? We bring you a recipe for a drink that can become your favorite. Based on the combination of fats (butter, coconut oil, etc.) and milk or cream, this tea will help your body with its ketosis process.
Keto chai recipe 👇🏼
+ 2 cloves
+ 1 pinch of cinnamon
+ 1 pinch of TERANA anise seed
+ 1/2 tablespoon of cardamom
+ 2 1/2 cups of water
+ 1 teaspoon of black tea
+ 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
+ 4 tablespoons of sugar-free coconut cream
Directions
1. Put water in a saucepan over medium heat and remove it from the flame before it boils.
2. Add the black tea and let it infuse for 4 minutes. Strain it.
3. Add the liquid back to the saucepan and add the spices, letting it boil for 5 minutes.
4. After this time, strain everything and serve in glasses.
5. Add to each glass half of the coconut oil and half of the unsweetened coconut cream and mix well.
