MICHELADA WITH CHIPOTLE
Ingredients
- 🍹🍅Refresh your senses with our mouthwatering chipotle michelada special. 🌶️🍺
+ ½ cup of Clamato
+ 1 light beer
+ 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
+ 1 splash of chipotle hot sauce
+ ½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
+ Lemons cut into quarters to moisten the glass rim and garnish
+ Coarse sea salt to decorate the edge of the glass
+ Crushed ice
+ TERANA ground chipotle to sprinkle
+ 1 celery stalk to decorate and stir
Directions
1. Moisten the glass rim with a lemon wedge.
2. Put a lot of salt on a plate and rub the rim of the glass. Make sure it sticks well.
3. Fill half the glass with ice.
4. Add the Clamato, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chipotle and stir.
5. Fill up with beer.
6. Garnish with a lemon wedge, the celery stalk, and sprinkle with TERANA ground chipotle. Enjoy!
