RASPBERRY AND ROSES COCKTAIL WITH TERANA SPICES
Ingredients
- This TERANA spiced raspberry and roses cocktail is a lovely and refreshing choice to celebrate love and friendship on a special occasion! 🌹🍹
+ 1 cup of fresh raspberries
+ 1/4 cup of sugar
+ 1 tablespoon of rose petals
+ 10 TERANA whole pink pepper
+ 1 sprig of fresh mint
+ 2 cups of water
+ 1 cup of ice
+ 2 oz of vodka (optional)
+ 1 lemon, cut into slices
+ Sparkling water
Directions
1. Put the raspberries, sugar, rose petals, TERANA pink pepper, and mint sprig in a small saucepan. Add the 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until raspberries are broken down and the mixture smells delicious.
3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture to obtain a syrup. Press the raspberries to extract all the liquid.
4. Let the syrup cool to room temperature and then refrigerate it until very cold.
5. In a tall glass, add ice and pour 30 ml of the raspberry and rose syrup. Add vodka if desired.
6. Squeeze the juice of a lemon slice in the mixture and stir gently.
7. Fill the glass with sparkling water and garnish with more raspberries and a slice of lemon.
Serve with a sprig of mint for a fresh and aromatic touch.
