BAKED SALMON WITH MEDITERRANEAN SPICES

Ingredients

    🫒 Baked Salmon with Mediterranean Spices (Back-to-School Edition).

    - 2 salmon fillets
    - 1 teaspoon of TERANA Gourmet Mediterranean Seasoning
    - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    - 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
    - 1/4 cup of black olives
    - 1 red onion, sliced
    - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
    - Salt to taste
    - TERANA Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, combine salmon, TERANA Gourmet Mediterranean Seasoning, olive oil, salt and TERANA Ground Black Pepper.
3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet.
4. Arrange cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and green bell pepper around the salmon.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
6. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
