BAKED SALMON WITH SPICY YOGURT SAUCE
Ingredients
- Salmon never tasted so good. Try this recipe for baked salmon with spicy yogurt sauce, ideal for a special dinner.
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon of TERANA Paprika
- Chopped fresh dill to taste
- TERANA Ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt, olive oil, TERANA Garlic Powder, TERANA Onion Powder, TERANA Paprika, chopped fresh dill, and TERANA Ground Black Pepper to taste.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and cover with the yogurt sauce.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
