GARLIC SHRIMPS WITH SPICE MANGO SAUCE
Ingredients
This starter dish is not only delicious and full of flavor, but it is also an attractive and perfect option to share at a special dinner with friends or your significant other.
+ 17.5 oz of shrimps, peeled and deveined
+ 3 tablespoons of olive oil
+ 4 garlic cloves, chopped
+ 1 teaspoon of TERANA paprika
+ 1/2 teaspoon TERANA ground black pepper
+ Salt to taste
+ 1/2 cup of spicy mango salsa (made with mango, chili, cilantro, and lime juice)
+ Lemon slices and fresh cilantro to garnish
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook until golden.
2. Add the shrimps to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and cooked through.
3. Sprinkle the shrimp with TERANA paprika, TERANA ground black pepper, and salt to taste. Stir well until the shrimp are completely seasoned.
4. Pour the spicy mango sauce on the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
5. Serve the garlic shrimp on individual plates, garnishing with lemon slices and fresh cilantro leaves.
