HUMMUS WITH RAW VEGETABLES

Ingredients

🥕🥒 Are you looking for a simple and nutritious snack for you or your children's school lunch? We suggest hummus with raw vegetables.

 

- 1 can of cooked chickpeas

- 1/4 cup of tahini

- 1/4 cup of lemon juice

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1/4 cup of olive oil

- Salt and TERANA Ground Cumin Seed to taste

- Raw vegetables for dipping (carrot, celery, cucumber, red bell pepper, etc.)

Directions:

1. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and TERANA Cumin until smooth.

2. Serve the hummus with the raw vegetables for dipping.
