SAUSAGE MUMMIES
Ingredients
Prepare this quick and easy recipe with just a few ingredients and get a scrumptious foretaste of Halloween.
+ 1 sheet of puff pastry
+ 5 pieces of Frankfurt sausages
+ 1 egg
+ Ketchup
+ Mustard
+ TERANA Whole Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a smooth surface.
3. Cut the dough into thin strips, half a centimeter thick.
4. Wrap the puff pastry strips around the sausages, leaving a space for the face of the mummy.
5. Brush a previously beaten egg onto the puff pastry.
6. Bake at 180ºC for about 15 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden.
7. Let cool so that the mummies harden and make the eyes with a pinch of mustard and a TERANA Whole Black Pepper on top.
8. Put ketchup in a dish to dip the mummies.
