SHRIMP SKEWERS
Ingredients
Enjoy the flavor of the sea with some delicious shrimp skewers. 🍤
- 24 medium-sized shrimps
- 1 cup of mayonnaise mixed with canned chipotles in the blender
- 4 bell peppers of different colors
- 3 tablespoons of TERANA Dill Weed
- 8 skewer sticks
- Salt
- TERANA Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Soak the skewer sticks in water.
2. Cut the bell peppers into medium-sized squares and set aside.
3. Put 3 shrimps per skewer, alternating with bell peppers, and add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover them with the previously-made mayonnaise and chipotle mixture and let them rest for 15 minutes.
5. Put two skewers in a pan with hot oil and cook both sides for 3 minutes each or until the shrimp are pink. Add more of the mayonnaise and chipotle mixture and repeat this process with the next two skewers.
6. Sprinkle TERANA Dill Weed on the shrimp and serve.
Tip: Sprinkle the dill on the shrimp while they are still on the skewers.
