SPICED CHICKPEAS
Ingredients

● Cup of chickpeas
● Cayenne pepper to taste
● Ground pepper to taste
● TERANA ground garlic to taste
● TERANA chopped onion to taste
● Salt
Directions:
Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly to remove all the dirt.
In a container, cover them with water and a tablespoon of vinegar. Let them soak overnight.
On the following day, drain the chickpeas well and put them in a pan with enough oil. Add cayenne pepper, ground pepper, TERANA ground garlic, TERANA chopped onion and salt (all to taste).
Mix well and cover for 15 minutes when the oil starts to bubble.
After that time, take them out and let them cool.
