CHEESE STUFFED CHILLI

Ingredients

    Prepare some chili peppers stuffed with cheese for starters, yipee!

    Recipe for cheese stuffed chili. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

    + TERANA minced chile de arbol
    + 4 serrano peppers
    + 0.60 lb manchego cheese
    + Olive oil
    + Aluminum foil

Directiones:

1. Cut the cheese into strips of the same size as the chilis and reserve.
2. Wash the chilis and cut the stem, then open them horizontally and remove the seeds without breaking the peppers.
3. Fill them with the cheese and close them a little.
4. Wrap them in aluminum foil (remember to leave space inside so that the chili does not stick to the paper).
5. Place the foil-wrapped chilis in a skillet over low heat, turning occasionally until cooked on both sides.
6. Remove the aluminum foil and sprinkle with crushed chile and serve.
