MUSHROOMS WITH EPAZOTE
Ingredients

Time: 15 minutes. 2 servings.
Ingredients:
- 9 oz of mushrooms
- 0.9 oz of TERANA chopped epazote
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- TERANA ground black pepper to taste
Directiones:
1. Cut the mushrooms into slices, the onion and garlic into julienne strips.
2. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté them in a little oil.
3. When they are translucent, add the mushrooms, mix and let them cook.
4. When the mushrooms are lightly browned, season them with salt and pepper and add the epazote.
5. Mix, turn off and serve or save to make tacos or mushroom quesadillas.
