VEGAN MAYONNAISE

Ingredients

    Because it never hurts to take care of ourselves, here we share the recipe for a plant-based mayonnaise. ๐ŸŒฑ

    โ— 2 cups of sunflower oil
    โ— 1 cup of soy milk
    โ— TERANA ground garlic
    โ— Salt
    โ— Lemon
    โ— 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Directiones:

1. Blend two cups of sunflower oil and one cup of soy milk. While the blender is running, add the juice of one lemon a little at a time. Wait for it to thicken.
2. Stop the blender and add salt to taste, a small pinch of TERANA garlic powder, and two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
3. Blend again until the ingredients are well incorporated.
